•   Firm and Fair - You may have thought that to have a good image to your people, you've got to accommodate their needs whenever they please. It's good to know that people can turn on you but some tend to take advantage of it. • Honesty and Trust- It is the responsibility of the Leader to become transparent and open to their colleagues. It's also important to take time to know each of your team member to build a good relationship with them

•  Inspiration and Motivation - Show your conviction to the mission and vision of the company. When people see how you work according to the mission and vision of the firm, they will be inspired and they'll see you as a good Role Model to follow.

• Get feedback - Know how your people perceive you and your way of leading them. Ask if there's any negative things they find on you-- in a comfortable and not so formal way. Avoid being defensive when you’re hearing negative feedback learn how to improve yourself through them instead
